The Purpose of WILL POWER PERSONAL TRAINING is to provide a fun and safe yet affective training atmosphere for all ages and fitness levels. Goal setting, meditation and journaling are the building blocks of WILL POWER PERSONAL TRAINING. Will Power PT is a total body fitness program that will get your heart pumping and your blood flowing! Each personal training session or group session will include a brief warm-up, basic training style calisthenics/plyometrics, a fat-burning circuit, boxing drills or a weight training routine along with core stability work. Each training session will be modified for all fitness levels so each individual can work at their own pace. Some sessions may be held outside, so dress for all weather and bring water!!! Last but not least, bring a Warrior/Champion mindset and you won’t have any problems achieving your goals with Will Power PT.
